Inside Dua

Layered hillside, generous proportions.

Dua is the smaller of the two villas, but generous in every room. Living spaces have high ceilings, full-height windows, and quiet air conditioning. A long sofa lounges into the main floor; a dining table seats eight; the kitchen runs the length of one wall.

Where you sleep

Four suites, all equally appointed.

Each suite is air-conditioned, en-suite, and finished with the same considered restraint as the rest of the villa. A mix of queen and twin configurations, easily reconfigured for a family or a friend group.

Linens, beds, and towels are the same as Satu — anything good enough for one wing of the estate is good enough for both.

A second living room, with a pool table in it.

Dua's media room is the kind of space that ends up running the evening more often than the formal living room does. A full-size pool table, a Smart TV with the major streaming services, deep seating, soft lighting. It works for a teenager's afternoon, a friend group's late-night game of pool, or a quiet film while half the villa is asleep.

Outside

The infinity pool, the upstairs terrace.

The infinity pool is set into the side of the hill, framed by sunbeds, a single pool umbrella, and an outdoor shower. Smaller than Satu's, more intimate.

The upstairs terrace is the moment the villa earns its name on the map. The southern Bukit's last light hits it directly — no obstruction, no compromise. Cocktails before dinner happen here. Reading after lunch happens here.

The table

Dining for eight, kitchen for any plan.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight, the same sourcing and the same chef relationships as Satu. A private chef can come in for one meal, one day, or the whole stay — most guests opt for two or three dinners and let the rest of the days run loosely.
